Easy walk from train station and all the shopping! Breakfast was a plus and loved that they had gluten free options!

Excellent location and nice rooms. The only drawback was that it has one restaurant with a menu offering only a few choices. Some staff in the restaurant need retraining to become more professional.

I had already stayed at this hotel for New Year's Eve 2019/2020 and back in the day, I had found the stay pleasant but the breakfast poor. Well after 5 years the opinion is still the same. The hotel is very convenient for those arriving either by car, convenient parking at a very fair price, or by train (5 minutes walk from the station). The city can easily be visited on foot from the hotel. The hotel is modern. The room, although of the standard category, very pleasant and modern. Also the room size very satisfactory. The towels, however, not of a quality worthy of a 4-star hotel (at the Radisson Blu in Zurich airport much better). Excellent walk-in shower and soap products. The breakfast as 5 years not in line with a 4 stars hotel! The assortment of bakery/Danish pastry not worthy of a 4 star. But let's say that overall the choice at breakfast should be improved. As I had already pointed out the hotel favours breakfasts for Asian and Indian customers by offering food more suited to their tastes even though we are in Switzerland. Can you explain to me how it is possible that in a 4-star hotel in Switzerland there is no "Butter Zopf"?( a typical Swiss breakfast bread). Overall a pleasant stay but the breakfast needs to be improved.

Polite and friendly staff

Stayed here with my family. Very accommodating. Clean, modern facilities. Friendly staff. However, they didn’t have any cribs or high chairs to accommodate infants. They only had rollaway beds for kids. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay. Beautiful hotel.

Comfortable stay & convenient location but if you’re a solo female walking back from the station to the hotel, the route can be a bit stressful as there are young folks on motorbikes with roaring engines near the university area. Extremely convenient though for the trains & buses & very near to the lake & town. Our room, unfortunately had a view of the trains & connecting bridge with pedestrian thoroughfare - no privacy unless the curtains are drawn. Surprisingly well insulated from the outdoor noise,
