Radisson Blu Hotel, Lucerne

I recently stayed at this hotel and was really impressed by the property itself — it’s beautifully maintained, clean, and has a modern, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were also incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.

The location is great. Walkable from the train station. Adjacent to the lake and all the activities the city has to offer

Clean and nice room, good location, friendly and kind receptionist. Good breakfast.

Two adults stayed here for 2 nights in May. A nice hotel. Large room and bathroom. Lots of storage space. Large shower that leaked water onto the floor. A really nice breakfast buffet with the typical European eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, fantastic bread, etc. Breakfast room can get crowded as a lot of tour groups use this hotel. Located next to the train station and an easy walk from old town Lucerne. Would stay here again if we come back to Lucerne.

A typical radisson, clean, comfortable and great views from the room. Nice location. Nice spa area.

Loved the stay there! Close to train station and all tourist spots. They also give you a bus pass for transportation to Lions gate.

Loved this property-our room was lovely and comfortable and well appointed.. the restaurant and breakfast were delicious and comfortable and we loved the location- enjoyed a walk into town and a beautiful dinner- wish we could have stayed longer in this gorgeous city:)

Could use additional luggage racks. Put out sign "do not clean" - room was cleaned anyway. Disappointing that you charged for water in the restaurant.
