Hampton Inn & Suites Gallup

Property was under renovation. Staff did their best to work under the challenging situation. Room was nice!

Under construction. Received a call while on my way to Gallup that the hotel was under construction. It was too late to cancel the reservation. The check out person was very rude. I asked her for a copy of the bill and she refused. I often stay at Hampton Inns. Horrible experience. Don’t stay here.

Under renovation but it was still good… The lobby, breakfast area, floors one and two are in the construction area. We were in room 406 which had been renovated. It was clean and comfortable. All of the three prong outlets are upside down along with the door handle?! We slept well. Concerns: there was only one luggage cart. The lazy and inconsiderate guests left it in the hallway so no one else could use it. We were told that it was a sack breakfast. However it was a hot breakfast that you could take in a to go box also. That was a pleasant surprise too. There were several stores nearby for shopping too. It will be great when it’s renovated!

This hotel is under construction or remodeling so many of the facilities were not open or available. Our room was great and so one floor was not being remodeled.

Hampton Inn was under construction when they call us about it two days later.

They were remodeling and we weren't informed. The girl at the desk was very rude to my husband when reported a bad light and trouble with the elevator

Really nice rooms. They are currently under construction but well worth the stop if you don’t mind construction. Nice and quiet rooms with modern design. Breakfast buffet included with the room. It will be a great place once all the new upgrades are completed.
