Hampton Inn & Suites Gallup

The elevator was barely functional. The bathtub was worn down to the metal past the enamel on the entire bottom surface. I’ve stayed at many Hampton properties this one was disgusting.

The one and only hotel elevator was filthy, rickety, and loud. Several other guests commented on how unsafe it seemed. The carpet in the room had holes and tears in it. This was one of the worst Hampton Inn hotels I’ve stayed in…

Not a good value. Charged approx $25 more than shown on internet. Also charged additional $25 for incidentals which is Refunded usually within 72 hours. Hilton gets to play with our money?!? Won’t stay here again. They must be short staffed with maids. Garbage on floor, stains in toilet, only shampoo, no conditioner or lotion. The elevator walls were gross. Met lady in elevator with a bag of very stinky leftovers that she found in her fridge. She was not happy. Met another lady in the hall who was given a room that was wide open when got to her room. Last seen she and hubby were changing rooms. This all happened within the first 1/2 hr! Positive: bed was fine, nice pillows and towels, tv worked, front desk staff was nice. Best: they offer good bigelow teas!

Give every employee a bonus because they are carrying this place. It’s way past due for upgrade-from the elevator buttons missing from the wall to the stained curtains - which really look gross btw - this place could feel dumpy. The carpet is literally worn into threads in front of some guest rooms and there is the start of graffiti on the walls of the elevator Yet everything was clean. linens, bathroom, breakfast room. The employees clearly are making the difference.

I stay for 3 nights every year on business. Always clean, quiet & comfortable. Greatly appreciate the fridge, microwave & kitchenette area since I'm on a special diet & need to bring additional food. Breakfast area is always full, clean & appetizing. Would LOVE to see Green Chilies offered for eggs!

Great location, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Friendly helpful staff. Clean, well-appointed rooms. Beds were comfortable. Hot breakfast was good.

Check in went smoothly. Nice to have coffee available.

The property is old and needs updating. So many areas are in disrepair. The worst part is the bath tubs are so slick that my handicapped husband couldn’t even take a shower. The tubs are a definite safety hazard.

We always stay at your location when traveling, great staff, clean rooms, good breakfast.
