Great hotel to stay with children. Is nice and quiet. The best thing was Emma. She is a great receptionist and concierge all rolled in one.

Had a friendly Welcome, with a great introduction to the hotel and it's amenities including the free Coffee & Water area. The room was cleaned each day to a high standard, feel like magic each day. Even when I slept in and left the room at 3pm still I came back to a beautifully clean room. Each and every member of staff helped me at some point. When I needed a plug adaptor I was able to borrow one from reception, seeing that it was my first night I was also given the best directions on where to go. Everyone was very friendly and supportive and on a solo trip this does make you feel extremely safe. If I came back early hours of the morning I would speak to another member of staff, great conversations, he would show a good interest in what I do which was nice to speak about. It's worth noting the one member of staff really stood out to me his was name was "Angel" always very helpful and supportive, add some great conversations. Extremely hardworking! Thank you all!

Convenient location. Nice room. Ok bathroom. Good breakfast. Nice touch with coffee and cookies throughout the day. Should add decaffeinated coffee to their menu. Safe in the room didn't work. Helpful staff.

A nice hotel with a good location. 2 min from the station, about 15 min down to the Promenade des Anglais. Room good size with a small balcony. Wooden floor , which I prefer. Comfortable bed. Nice touch with free coffee/tea, cakes and sweets in the lounge.

Convenient location and just steps away from the Nice Central Station.

Hotel is clean although no bedside table and worst of all NO INTERNET CONNECTION. STAFF very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok as long as you dont stay for more than 3 days as it is repetitive . Cappuccino was great.

This hotel is clean, fantastic location for the Railway Station & added bonus of free coffee to drink on the terrace at the front of the hotel. The room furniture we found was impractical with only one narrow, short wardrobe, not much good for ladies who packed maxi dresses. The tiny dressing table was nowhere near the mirror & the plug sockets were all behind furniture so were not easily accessible. There were no bedside tables but a dark ‘cubby hole’ which was the bottom half of the wardrobe with a cutout next to the bed. I think the design was more theme based than practical. The room was quiet & the beds comfortable & the bathroom very clean but once again lacked anywhere to put toiletries except bending down to the shelf under the sink unit.

Your hotel had a unique vibe and we loved all the extras that were provided. The area and being to walk to the Promenade and feel safe was a plus. Also the train station was walking distance which was a Big Plus!! Enjoyed our stay and loved the Decor!

Lovely room but terrible wi-fi, the only English channel on the TV was Sky News and even that couldn't cope with the weak wifi - excellent breakfast, excellent staff, 24 hour service

Some of the stuff was not ver friendly and refused to assist. I wouldn't consider to stay in this hotel in a future.
