Our stay at this hotel was excellent! It is a lovely place with colorful and comfortable spaces indoor and out, and a very good breakfast buffet as well. The location was very convenient for catching an Uber ride or walking to the train station. We especially appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of Dragan at the front desk each afternoon. I'd like to also mention Jean Claude in the evenings and Alexandre in the mornings -- everyone we interacted with was kind and courteous. Thank you Nice Excelsior!

During my recent stay at Hotel Excelsior, I was impressed by the excellent service from the hotel staff. They made the check-in process easy, kept the room clean and comfortable, and quickly took care of any requests I had, like getting an iron or cleaning the room. The tasty breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. The staff showed care for my well-being, especially when I had a minor accident at the Nice airport and needed medical care. They went out of their way to help me find a pharmacy and clinic. The hotel's location was also excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais, where I could enjoy the coast, go shopping, and eat at various restaurants. The train station was easy to get to as well. I recommend Hotel Excelsior to anyone looking for a smaller, boutique-style hotel with excellent service.

Hotel/room was clean. Friendly staff. Separate bathroom in room from shower/sink was way too small. Knees touched the door while using the toilet. Very uncomfortable.

We absolutely loved this property. Nice boutique style, walkable to everything, and the staff was so friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable -- loved the bed and bedding.

Amazing and helpful staff and clean facilities

This hotel was a complete joy! We loved the atmosphere, room was large and clean, staff so warm and welcoming and overall just a charming and pleasant hotel. Last but not least: beds very comfortable!

A pleasant stay for my southern France vacation!

Lovely stay, staff were really friendly, coffee, squash,water and biscuits available at all times. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Tiny gripe is no real milk at coffee station in your room or through the day as its milk powder but this is only a tiny thing. Hotel is 5 mins from train st so easy access to Cannes/monaco etc. 20 min walk to old town and the sea front!

We stayed here for the first time. It was easy to get to the beach and restaurant. Staff was friendly. I needed to delay my check out for one hour due to delay of my flight to Monaco. They accommodated my request and I was happy. Merci!!
