Easy access from the airport via the skytrain. Escalator leads to hotel elevators. I use public transportation so it’s the perfect location. Many stores and restaurants at nearby at Richmond shopping malls. The Sea Harbour restaurant on site has great dim sum.

I like how the front desks and guest services are very accommodating.

I think interior an decor needs updating, there isnt any usb charger in the room and AC was bot working

Location staff and facilities nice view..large room bed is fab as always

Coffee maker broken ..one elevator still broken ..room needs a refresh with new wallpaper less lamps and more plugs

Stayed there twice while traveling enroute to Asia. Location is great. Near the airport on the Skytrain line. Could get downtown for the evening, but not pay downtown hotel prices. In the morning, fast and easy to catch an early morning/late evening flight. Both times I got upgraded to Executive floor. Nice rooms; one was actually 2 bedrooms. But note, these room are split level - not good for some. Beds are comfortable.

There's good places for lunch and dinner, but breakfast is not great. You have to use Starbucks or one of the walk up counters in the casino.
