Close to Bridgeport station. Convenient when we came back to Vancouver.

Everything was fantastic.

The pool was cool.. bed size

The buffet was awful and the couch was squeaky nonin room charge the tv remotes were awful and there is no cable guide also noy very sound proof heard everything from neighbors to hallways walkers

we ha a penthouse suite upgrade. it was a surprise but very welcome

the in-room drinks facilities were... a little lacking. could have had better availability of bottled water and coffee (especially in a penthouse suite!

O quarto era muito confortável, bem espaçoso. A cama também era muito confortável.

Os produtos de banho não haviam sido recolocados, só percebemos no meio do banho que não tinha condicionador nem sabonete. O tapete da sala tinha um cheiro esquisito. O valor é caro pela localização do hotel.

The hotel upgraded our single king room to a suite which was a nice surprise. This location is perfect with the train attached to it. There are lots of amenities that we didn’t get to use since we were only there for one night.

We couldn't find the parking garage so we asked valet where promptly were informed we were on the side that would have to pay for valet. $33 a day. The parking garage was so dirty and smelled so bad we ended up paying for the valet. We had one issue of calling down for our car and we waited 22 minutes, went to ask and the switchboard didn't pass the message to valet so we had to wait again. The room was fine, one of our outlets didn't work, water stains on the ceiling, dim lighting in the bathroom, the bed lights didn't work. They also have no microwaves in any of the ice rooms but they will charge $25 a day for housekeeping to bring one. The pool had algae and some black stuff. The hot pool jets did not work. The floor was super slippery with no grip. Also no towels available for the pool. The busboy was nice. Overall the hotel was overpriced for the quality.
