It was close to the airport. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Lots of food and lounges to enjoy in the hotel too.

The customer service is deplorable. The exception was the bellman. I opened my fridge and there was a glass of brown liquid that stunk. I immediately went to main desk where I waited in line. The desk clerk motioned for someone else after me to be seved. I said I had a complaint and showed him the photo of the brown liquid. THEN he served me. Then went to another agent and demanded a room upgrade. They set me up in a suite which had stains on the couch, something egg shaped behind the stained couch, smeared mirrors and a piece of glass behind the coffee maker. I complained about this but nothing When I checked out I was first in line and a client was in the wrong lineup and they were going to serve them first. I had to raise my voice three times asking if I was in the correct lineup. DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff have ZERO customer service skills. The rooms are dirty.
