Clean, well appointed room. Staff worked hard to fix a booking, which had gone a bit off kilter! If you can afford the Gordon Ramsey Steakhouse, it is to die for!

環境清潔舒適，飯店設施完善，最後2晚還升級到penthouse

雖然離機場很近，但離Richmond 中心遠一點。不過有sky train 站還算便利

"Wish the rooms were better quality"

We liked the slide in the pool.

The hotel room was outdated , the poool was very cold & the parking lot was a little far away .
