The staff is very nice

I have noticed that the cleaning is not as it must to be.

Nous avons aimé la situation de l' hôtel dans la médina de Yasmine Hammamet et près de la plage.La restauration est très bien et variée que ce soit au buffet de l' hôtel ou au repas tunisien du restaurant le pêcheur. L hôtel est très propre que ce soit les chambres ou les infrastructures

Le manque d' amabilité,de sourire du personnel :serveurs,barmans.Heureusement les femmes de ménage sont plus agréables et Oumanya a la réception a été très sympathique.Attention aussi au change car nous n avons pas pu récupérer nos euros a la fin du séjour car le document du change de la réception était mal rempli (manque no passeport...)

The size of the room was good.

All the toilets are so small that you could hardly open your legs. The Baths are so small and have no room to move around them. Only one source of water in the tube, and soap is given only once during my 4-day stay. so also was the water. The kitchen has nothing in it and not even a cup.

Old room, dirty, restaurant staff is so rude, they cannot speak english,

Los empleados eran muy amables, la cama era cómoda y todo estaba limpio. El buffet de la cena estaba bastante bien. Bastante variedad con calidad media. La animación era variada. Tenía muchas piscinas y muy limpias. Es un complejo muy grande que está bien mantenido.

Mucho ruido de otras habitaciones y de la zona de la animación. El buffet del desayuno un poco insípido. El gimnasio no estaba en buenas condiciones, máquinas rotas, todo descolocado... Necesita una renovación.
