Struttura enorme e molto ben organizzata. Ottimo il parcheggio per le moto, custodito e sorvegliato. Colazione eccezionale, molto abbondante. Camere comode.

Unica pecca, i lettini della piscina scomodi e ormai da sostituire.

The only positive thing about this property is its location — it’s close to the Medina bazaar, Carthage Land (the hotel provides the tickets) and the beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The breakfast was awful — when we arrived there was hardly anything left, we couldn’t even toast our bread as the toaster had been put away. We asked for an omelette but received fully fried eggs instead, and mine even had a piece of eggshell in it. When we asked reception to remove breakfast from our stay, they refused, saying it was part of the package. The service from the staff was extremely poor, especially from the lady with short hair and red lipstick. We called from our room to request an iron and were told to collect it from reception. When we arrived 15 minutes later, she didn’t even check and just said, “The iron is not available right now.” Every time we went to reception, there was no warm welcome — very unprofessional compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. The room had very few utensils — only knives, no bowls — which made it hard to prepare porridge for my children. We asked for more utensils and got some, but still no bowls. The cooker wasn’t working at first; we called for help, but no one came until the next day. There was no kettle either, only a coffee machine, so I had to boil water in that to make food for my children. The Wi-Fi connection was also poor — it only worked properly in the living room and didn’t reach the bedrooms or kitchen, which was very inconvenient To top it off, the elderly gentleman offering taxi services at the hotel promised a big car for our airport transfer. He first quoted 150 DT, then changed it to 170 DT, saying it would be a large car for our family and luggage. However, a normal car showed up, and he said all big cars were unavailable. They struggled to fit all our bags, which could have damaged our belongings. We travel a lot, and this is the first time we’ve had such a bad experience at a hotel. We wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it, especially for families with children.

J'ai pas appréciée le Hammam le personnel était très désagréable. Le personnel du bar à la réception et à la plage très désagréable également. Dommage

Hôtel en général magnifique ! Accueil au top ! Pour commencer, très belle acceuil au parking de la part de ALAA, et également a la réception. Merci pour le surclassement , la chambre était très propre et très spacieuse. Hôtel très bien placé, beaucoup de choses à faire au alentour. De belles piscine extérieure et surtout une piscine couverte chauffée a 31 degré juste une merveille!! Petit déjeuner et dîner au top beaucoup de variétés ! Un délice ! Le très gros point positif est que cet hôtel accepte le burkini !
