"Breakfast customer service"

Special mention to Lindsey and Jo at breakfast. Each time I stay here the lady’s are so welcoming, helpful and friendly. This morning I witnessed a very rude, abrupt and demanding customer at breakfast both ladies worked extremely hard to appease him and literally bent over backwards to try to make him happy but he continued to be rude, negative and abrasive to them both. They could not have done any more for him and remained extremely polite and professional throughout. Well done ladies that was excellent customer service and patience!!

Due to the change of the menu there aren’t many vegetarian food options and we were just discussing this at breakfast. Then Lindsey went out of her way without any questions asked and for breakfast she went and bought me suitable different alternatives! I will forever be grateful to her. She didn’t have to but she went out of her way and spent her own money to get me breakfast! She is such a thoughtful person and is such an amazing person! The Village Hessle is lucky to have such an amazing person!

"Hull long weekend"

What a fantastic stay. Michelle, the manager, was absolutely fantastic. She couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The food was great, bar/lounge staff very professional and accommodating, especially Lyndssy and Jo. The room was top notch and very clean. All together a fantastic stay.
