Village Hotel Hull

First night here out of 3 and so far everything has been amazing! Had a good night sleep, bed very comfortable. The hotel is so clean and fresh, turned away from a lot of hustling and bustling of the city. I want to specially thank two beautiful ladies that I met at breakfast. Lindsay couldn't have done anything more to be very helpful to people if she tried, she's very cheerful, and Joe was quiter but also very helpful and equally cheerful. I was so impressed I had to write this after my first night.

Hull City Ladies recently held our End of Season Awards for both our First Team and Development Team at The Village Hotel, Hull on 9th May 2026, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel provided a fantastic function space that was perfectly suited to our event. The room was beautifully presented, complete with a stage, a TV for our presentation, and even a red carpet to make the evening feel truly special. The hot buffet was reasonably priced and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone in attendance. From the initial booking to the final moments of the evening, the service we received was exceptional. Ling, who handled our booking and organisation, was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. On the night itself, the events team went above and beyond—supporting us with the setup, ensuring everything ran smoothly, and even stepping in to help with helium when ours failed. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made a huge difference and kept me completely at ease. We are genuinely grateful for the care, attention, and hospitality shown by the whole team. The Village Hotel, Hull played a key role in making our awards evening a memorable and seamless celebration, and we would not hesitate to recommend them for any event.

Clean room. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

No facial tissues or shampoo & conditioner in the room. They charge to use the facilities like swimming pool and to park the car.

The rooms were very basic, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillow are awful.

The room was clean and tidy. All the things you could need were included in the room. Plenty of parking outside with chargers close by for EV owners.

Not the Hotel's fault at all, it was a really hot series of days and they had provided a fan, but with three of us in the family room it was roasting and couldn't get enough air in the room to cool it down.

An excellent welcoming stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful The room was comfortable and spacious The reception was very good and well organised The food was excellent and the waiters all very good. The room service was great especially on 23rd May in the evening Lindsay who was serving us breakfast went out of her way to help us with advice on travelling into Hull
