Excellent value for money , super staff , Big Rooms in top condition

The location was great, and the free parking for the weekend was ideal. The food in the pub was really tasty and the pool area was fantastic too. A great option for a short stay with kids.

The choice at breakfast was quite limited for the price.

Car parking spaces were small, and with everybody coming in and out for the gym the door dings on the car would add up. Two guys were loudly bantering at reception, turns out one of them was the receptionist when he appeared next to me. The bar was packed with teenagers and was not a place I wanted to sit after a day working. I wanted to use the pool but I didnt fancy even checking how busy it was. The room didnt have aircon, there was no power socket by the bed and generally it felt like a Travelodge with a gym and pool.

Visited the restaurant two days in a row for lunch. Food excellent and service even better. Lindsay and Jo were so obliging and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. If your in Hessle you need to stop here.

Holiday | Family Absolutely amazing weekend to celebrate something special with my partner and child. Michelle was absolutely outstanding went out her way for us, she was amazing with our one year old. Both F&B managers were outstanding too specially so accepting of our baby and let her run around when she needed so friendly. Neil you were a star and Lindsey and Joe the breakfast ladies my daughter loved you both she thanks you for the smarties. Can’t thanks you all enough especially how you all were with mine and Chloe’s 1 year old daughter I think she loved it more than we did. We will be back for the weekend in June after baby’s second birthday. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 Rooms Club room was amazing we loved it and our daughter certainly loved the space to play Nearby activities Daughter used to be scared of the water but over the weekend the staff have helped us get her to overcome it, she now jumps in thanks lesuire staff, pool and spa was great so is the gym. Safety is absolutely Spot on Walkable Lots to do within the surrounding area and in hull. We was lucky enough to be there when the KR team was there I loved it as a Kr fan and they even made time for photos and autographs my daughters first time meet Kr players
