Village Hotel Hull

Staff are so lovely and friendly, especially Ian in the bar/restaurant! He really made my stay welcoming and friendly!

This hotel was really friendly, we got an amazing view of the Humber Bridge. Breakfast is the usual buffet style hot, cereal toast fruits etc. The Starbucks is a nice touch and it’s free darts on a Thursday evening which we really enjoyed. We phoned up to say it was our 10 years wedding anniversary and the hotel had put some balloons, sweets in our room and also gave us a great room with a view.

Hosted our yearly Business Ball at Village Hotel this year and the feedback we got was amazing. They made sure to help us in any way possible for our event and were very kind to give us a gift from the hotel as a raffle prize at our event. The food was amazing, the room set up exceeded my expectations and working with them so long on this event was truly memorable. Would recommend to host events here!

Stopped for lunch here, had one of the best jacket potatoes I've ever had with tuna & Greek salad, it was bloody lovely! Compliments to the chef👏👏

Getting up early to use the gym facilities, I’d forgot a snack before hand and headed to the breakfast area to ask for some fruit. I was warmly greeted by Lyndsey to which she said there was no fruit available, however I could have her banana that she brought from home! When you’re up early on a Monday and a small act of kindness helps save the day, can’t beat it.. she’s a credit to the business and someone you look forward to speaking with when you go for breakfast. Great facilities overall, will keep coming back and thank you again, Lyndsey!

It was very close to where we needed to visit. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel made us very comfortable.

THE FOOD, AWFUL! NEVER SEEN SO MUCH FOOD LEFT ALL OVER THE PLACE, HAD TOO SEND MY FOOD BACK TWICE

Absolutley love this place. I use the gym and restraunt frequently. Only issue ive had is the restraunt not having any cottage cheese in for the spuds. This is a lower calorie option which doesnt ever seem to be available. 5 stars to lindsey in the bar. Shes very polite, helpful, chatty and makes the customers feel welcome

Although some of the food we wanted was not available Ashley in the restuarant went above and beyond to offer alternatives especially good as one of us was eating Gluten free and the Chef made a special order also . Good service all round Thanks Ash
