Royal Thurso Hotel

The hotel was lovely ,staff extremely polite and courteous and very helpful

We needed A handrail outside shower , and bathroom floor sliddy,

The breakfast service and quality was staggeringly bad. The server asked if we would like tea or coffee,once I answered,I asked for just bacon and eggs,she then told me she would come back to take my order then went into the kitchen. Why not just take both orders? The coffee eventually came out 10 mins later,and then the food. Now to call this food would do eggs and bacon a disservice. One egg was absolutely solid,so bad that I could hardly cut into it,the other one was barely cooked,then it came to the bacon,the fat percentage on the bacon was at least 60% fat,why not either cut it off or at least try and cook it. There was absolutely no way a "chef" cooked this breakfast It all got left in the plate

Tout vieux, l'entrée par le parking c'est l'horreur. Le petit déjeuner: les yaourts encore dans les cartons. Le thé froid, le café imbuvable et les services pas propres! Hotel royal que le nom.

Emplacement en centre ville très bien, parking derrière l’hôtel. Équipements de la chambre corrects

On a attendu longtemps pour le petit déjeuner

Good price, allowed dogs, just an additional £10 for dog.

TV is tiny... We were told breakfast with dogs would be out the way in the dining room... Next morning we were told to eat in the foyer. It wasn't setup to do that. I was taking cutlery etc from the dining room to the foyer. The table was not suitable to eat at... Awful breakfast experience.

Receptionist helpful and charming

Room was far too hot. The 'manager' at breakfast was not welcoming to any guests. The ordering of breakfast was unnecessarily longwinded. A list of what was available was recited. A simple menu to peruse is the normal way. The food wasn't good.
