Clean. Good location. Staff friendly.

Food not so good unfortunately. Lack of a lift.

Room was clean but really dated. It was en-suite with a shower and toilet in a separate room however the wash basin was in the bedroom right next to the window! Service for breakfast was pretty poor. Tables were not being cleared quickly so often difficult to find somewhere. Oddly only one girl was doing everything and two more were just walking round or hiding in the kitchen. Very poor service by them.

Good breakfast. A buffet and a waiter comes to ask for eggs, ham etc. A nice pub just in the building.

Room too hot as wall behind bed hot - rotting windows with one piece holding window open - shower didn't work - hairdryer cut out after a minute - bedside lamps had poor connections and as for breakfast staff uninterested - no alternative milks for cereal - food unappetising. Have had to cancel return stay
