Royal Thurso Hotel

Location and parking, good sized room.

Smaller sized shower, bed was smaller,, my husbands 6'2"

The rooms were very clean and hotel was in town centre. There was off road private parking.

Staff were not very welcoming throughout and breakfast service was chaos with staff appearing overwhelmed. Our room was freshly decorated but communal areas of hotel were run down and stark.

Price was reasonable

Needed updating. Curtains were thin and did not block out light

Staff were amazing ,polite and friendly same lady at night was on breakfast and a young man ,both very helpful.Bar was great food amazing and breakfast was just what we ordered

Very small room, dreadful evening dining facilities, a really untidy and scruffy dive of a place.

Staff were friendly.room was clean. I had a breakfast prepared for meas I had to leave early.

No internet. I was told that someone was on the case to fix it. And it would be done later that day. It was not. I was low on data on my phone which caused problems for me. I also heard a workman phoning someone saying he could not get internet for a couple of days.. so getting it fixed same day I was there was a lie.
