Clean white bedding and towels. Room was clean. Building is old, but bed was comfortable.

The staff was very unprofessional, the room was definitely not like the rooms they show in their listing. There's several spots of water damage on the walls and ceilings. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower and a dead cockroach on the bathroom countertop.

The maid opened our door at 10am and said to wake up and leave. Super rude. Checkout is at 11am. Not 10am. And we were nude.

The desk person was nice and the room was clean. The motel generally looks shabby. Half full pool with green water and overturned deck chairs. Biggest shock: the lobby looks NOTHING like the picture on Expedia. Looks like a rent-by-the-hour place, gloomy and crowded with old furniture. I know KI is a budget chain but...

Nice private rooms, good size, very clean!

This property is not the why the pictures make it out to be the pool is not pretty blue it’s dirty and green and can’t go swimming in it the bed sheets had paint on them and stains on them.there was black stuff on the ceiling I’m not sure what it was the blow dryer did not work only 1 of the plug ins worked and when you pay 289 a night you expect more. And I tried to talk to someone but they didn’t seem to care that much like they already knew the issues but wasn’t willing to make it better or do anything about it.
