Most of the doors appeared to have been kicked and dented. The ceiling under the walk ways had holes in it, No water in the pool. The room was not very clean. The refrigerator had rust on it and did not work. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine and shook the wall. You can not check out from the room or leave your room key in the room, You have to go to the office to check out. When I went to the office to check out, the office was locked. On the door was a letter saying that they were on premises with phone numbers to call. Called the first number a couple of times and left messages. Tried to call the other phone number but it was set up to not take calls. Called the first number again and was told to just leave the card by the plant by the front office door. While filming the holes in the ceiling one of the people in a room came out and informed me that their room had a water leak in the floor. I did not go to sleep until after 2am due to checking on my truck constantly to try to make sure it did not get broken into. I would not have stayed at this location at all except that it was non-refundable. I would have eaten the cost and went somewhere else if my wife and/or my children were with me. And I sure would not have my wife or children stay at this place by their self.

It was nasty, dirty, moved rooms three times and treated rudely.

It was more of a drug hotel, either their doing drugs or selling them there. This is not family friendly at all. My towels were dirty, no coffee pot in the room. The man painting the rails was on drugs and the woman that was with him couldn’t stop moving like she was tweaked out on meth. I will sleep in my car before I ever rent a hotel room from here. When we got done with the event we had to come to Texas for i got a couple hours of sleep and left. Didn’t even stay till check out. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. You couldn’t tell the guest from the workers at this place.

The price was inexpensive, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The environment was safe.

No breakfast, but that's understandable.

The location was great. Loved the privacy and room was comfy.

The TV was extremely small. 32 in TV. I love to unwind at the end of the night and watching TV going to sleep and the TV felt smaller with the distance from bed to wall. No coffee or continental breakfast.
