The location was good and the employees were friendly

2 different door keys wouldn’t work. They finally moved us to a different room and this one had an issue with the first key as well.

The cleanliness of the hotel there was hair everywhere, even a ponytail holder on the floor with lots of hair in it. And it wasn't mine.

Room was dirty. Hot tub was cold water. Leaves and debris inside door as soon as we opened it to enter the room. No bath towels. We had to ask twice for towels then we were only given 2 and 1 wash cloth when there was 4 people on the reservation. Staff was rude. No pool towels. Called before making reservation to make sure pool was open. When we checked in we were told pool was closed because they didn't have a permit and there was a lock on the gate. When I told her I wanted a refund because I specifically called before booking to make sure pool was open she then unlocked the pool and said we could go in.

I think it was good value for the price, everyone was nice. A little rundown, but for the age of the place I think they are doing a great job.

I didn’t like being able to hear everything, it felt like people were in the room because that’s how easy it was to hear everything. I was talking to my husband and a girl literally said shut up. lol so that was funny.
