"Great location, crappy everything else."

Great location.

Not very clean, TINY bathroom, TINY television, just really cramped and kinda dirty. We had no towels in our room and it took an hour after calling the lobby to get some; only because I ended up running into someone on the custodial staff on my way to the lobby and got towels from her. Floor was sticky, definitely didn’t walk around barefooted.

"Decently priced for the location especially on ring day/chilifest and clean"

The location is great. It was a little sketch looking on the exterior but my room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I’m not looking for extended stay amenities. Just a clean and convenient place to sleep. There’s a fridge and microwave. TV works. Simple. Don’t recall seeing any breakfast but there was cheap coffee. It’s also right in front of a first watch so that was great. For ring day/chilifeat weekend, it was pleasantly quiet too…

The towels are older but they’re clean and functional. The exterior is dated and the lobby smells like cigarettes, which might be too much for some folks.

Nothing except location

I got charged for a room and wasn’t given a key or granted access after they took my payment and they are yet to refund it back into my acct the owner was very rude and disrespectful
