Chambre viellissante qui sent l humidite salle d eau d une autre epoque avec rideau a fleur qui vous colle des que vous bouger la chasse d eau qui fuit .et le meilleur pour l air conditionner il fallait payer un supplement. Ca nai pas convenable

Dejligt stort værelse med stor altan, personalet søde og meget hjælpsomme. Dejlig pool, tæt på strand.

Aamiainen ei hyvä..menimme viereiseen hotelliin mihin maksoimme 1,50 lisää ja saimme syödä buffasta. Hotellin pitäjä rouvan asenne/palvelualttius niin ja näin,loma tekis hyvää hänellekin.

Stayed last week June into july. Arrived 9pm on shuttle bus. Waited 10 mind for someone to show us our room. Very rushed and not explained air con to be paid for . This is VERY important as it was 26c . Had to sleep with doors open. Probably our fault for not doing homework, but my husband got 45 mosquito bites, from his head to ankles, which became very inflamed and spoilt the first 4-5 days as he was unwell. Sorted this by buying plug in repellent, room spray and body spray repellent, plus antibiotics and cortisone creams . Fortunately, the position of the one bed apartment was superb. Ground floor,virtually on the beach , lovely little terrace for meals or drinks, very comfy beds, strong hot shower and reasonable size fridge. Okay, you have to sweep the floor of the water from the shower into the drain, hey ho. It's only a kitchenette, with one large and a small ring, so don't expect to be cooking much. Plus, no kettle or microwave or toaster but loads of places open from 830am for food. Don't be fooled into paying 5Euro daily for sunbeds on the beach. Walk 200yd up to Rose Hotel . She has free beds, lovely bar, good food, lovely staff and supermarket for water etc. Bus stop right outside Koukoras. Every 15 min to Chania and beyond or Platanias. Slow stroll takes about 15 min to Agia Marina. To sum up: Get air con first night Use repellent Enjoy the terrace Don't cook It's not luxury but it's clean, comfy and in unbeatable location.

We originally booked this hotel for one night and ended up staying for two! It’s got a fun and vibrant atmosphere with a mix of families and young people. There is an outside pool bar that offers food and drinks too! The family that runs it is incredibly kind and helpful. They arranged our last minute booking very quickly and even allowed us a late check out along with arranging our taxi service to the airport. It’s a two minute walk to restaurants, car rental, the beach, and the market. We will definitely be back!

So, where do I start. No one was ever at the front desk even during “open” times. The food bar was mediocre at best. Our shower head broke on first use, couldn’t find anyone to fix ( about 4pm ) till following morning. Used as a water hose till fixed. The shower was soooo small the curtain touched you everywhere. So I felt so dirty after each shower. The shower was so small it gets the bathroom floor wet. They provide squeegee for you to get water off floor into drain. Our drain was not even with floor or under floor level so it took pushing the water into it with purpose vs it draining right. They provide a floor towel, that’s great, but when the whole floor becomes a pool that towel does nothing! Our bathroom sink dripped too. Went looking for a maid or the office worker for more big towels after they cleaned our room the next day and they took our big towels and floor towel, but didn’t return them. Left a bunch of hand towels ( kitchen towel size) but low and behold couldn’t find anyone at 630 pm again during open hours. So I dried off with a small towel. Customer service sucked. Rude when I did find them and asked where I should go for help. Like I shouldn’t be needing help. I read the reviews before reserving this. I only looked at recent within the last 6 months ones. Looked good. IT LIED! It was dreadful. Between wet floors, no clock, the tv in the room as promised is great but it doesn’t have cable so blue screen it is, or snow. No welcome book with local eateries.

The great people working there, the wiew from my balcony, close to the beach, the bus stop near by, relaxing place, the smell of beatiful flowers outside, good service by the pool,from the waiter. I just loved the stay there. I want to go back !!!!!! 10 out of10

i had a great time.great enviroment..quiet and clean.it was a very relaxing week by the pool.the staff was friendly and fun to be around.good cocktails..good music..and the bus stop is only 50metres away.

Gostamos do apto, muito grande e todo adaptado com tudo o que vc precisa. A localização também é ótima.

My room was immaculately clean and comfortable. A large double bed with a good mattress and pillows. The decor was dated but well maintained - The room, balcony and hotel are well kept and look like they have been recently painted. I can’t say the welcome or departure were that great and the pool bar was hit and miss as to if it was open but the location is great and the resort is nice.
