Rien , les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité , pas de téléphone dans les chambres. Hôtel tres bruyant. Aucun accueil à la porte pour votre arrivée

Personnel agressif, non compréhensif, non souriant , pas disponible pour vous répondre …La seule personne souriante et disponible etait le serveur de thé au restaurant 🙏🙏👍

Where to start, the good things animation team fantastic, always got a sun beds, there's loads anytime of day. Now the bad, the reviews are correct, food awful, lines beyond belief, rooms terrible, had to move rooms, no air con, balcony and front door didn't lock. Only got one towel for 2 people per day, despite asking for two everyday. Rooms dated, dirty, dusty, minimum cleaning, reception staff dudnt care and are rude. Dirty hotel throughout, large pools and animation work hard and are nice. Bar staff great if you tip, otherwise wait ages and theres no order to whoose waiting Dated, old hotel, needs refurbished, beach lovely but 15 min walk away, no drinks on beach at all, towels 100dh deposit per towel, safe deposit box old and not safe. Have to pay for also. Tvs dont work, electric sockets dont work, no health and safety anywhere Cater more to Morocco guests than English. Ate breakfast twice in a week and buffet twice only, no.foods for kids at all on buffet, not even chips ! Terrible food, worse ever seen, and ill eat anything lol ! Lived on burger and chips for a week! Needs megga refurbished or just cleaned !!! I know you get what u pay for, but I expected the basics and to be safe with locking doors! And 1500 for a week is not that cheap tbh

This has to be the dirtiest hotel on the planet. The rubbish tip would be cleaner. I wouldn’t bring a rat here as it wouldn’t stay. The rooms are so dirty. The food is like slop with flies all over it. If you think of booking this hell hole please think again. It’s a council estate hotel that needs shutting down. Guests fight and it’s literally the worst place I have ever witnessed. DO NOT COME HETE !
