La bienveillance du personnel.

Le manque de seche cheveux en état de fonctionnement et les horaires d’ouverture du centre pour la réservation des serviettes, seche cheveux et restaurant. 2h par jour, si nous sommes en activités, c’est juste. Il faudrait au moins un creneau d’ouverture l’apres midi ou le début de soirée!

"Hotel a retirer de booking svp"

Publicité mensongère . Rien ne correspond à ce qui est vendu . Équipement mauvais état voir inexistant ...hygiene plus que déplorable .( photos a l 'appui) nous avons quitte l hotel des le lendemain matin de notre arrivee .nous avons payé 678€ + 24 € de taxe de séjour. Ils ne veulent rien entendre mais nous n' en resterons pas là. Passez directement sur un autre établissement

Balcony nice view from 2723 room Swimming pools Kids side should be more bigger

Should have more show for under age 10 22.00 Or tell is show for age 16 plus so So parents know is adult show and not small children Clown show Cirkus show for small children under 10 age More show under 16 show and start little 21.00-22.00 and do swap show one day adult and one day children just make a sign with entrance with door show for over 16 plus or show for children that day Thanks for 7!days nice We enjoyed everything

Location was great near the beach it was stunning 😍 👌 great restaurants outside the hotel great nightclubs

Very unclean hotel . Shower freezing cold bedroom patio doors didn't shut. Rooms weren't cleaned by staff. Coakraches in room. When you confront staff about issues there quite aggressive and nothing was addressed

Restaurant Médina très sympa! Bon repas et ambiance musicale bien agréable! Cuisine variée en général assez bonne… Bon café au bar de la piscine…

Le manque de propreté au Cloître , chaises, tables collantes, poisseuses…ça gâche le plaisir de manger…!
