Les chambres n’était pas du tout confortables , les équipements dans les chambres cités sur booking introuvables dans la chambres , les serviettes piscine troués et usées , la nourriture est nauseabondable !!!

Service from entertainment and hospitality teams amazing! Great bar staff. Rest of staff especially on arrival at reception, unpleasant, as with the decor as you first arrive, but just step out from there and it's like a different place. Yes hotel decor bit tired, and rooms unclean, food average (apart from Italian onsite (all inclusive included, just book for any day as soon as you get there) restaurant which was amazing) and not sure about where the private beach was, as it was a further walk than expected. The people, pools and tradition entertainment make this holiday for us.
