The room was super spacious and clean, great bath with open shower and jarcousie bath tub. Dinner was excellent and breakfast very alright. Definitely coming back

Beautiful place and location. Staff friendly and helpful, but some spa services limited staff and availability, best to plan ahead and reserve times, but staff very friendly and helpful. Food was good, housekeeping good laundry very good service. Small playground a little overgrown, but hotel overall a very nice experience.

Moc pěkná budova hotelu na krásném místě nad městem. Služby hotelu na slušné úrovni. Celkový dojem z čtyřdenního relaxačního pobytu velmi příjemný.

"A 5 STAR Experience !"

Truly a GRAND DAME of the gilded age - a STUNNING Hotel - we were kindly upgraded to a Junior Suite and the experience was EXCEPTIONAL - A 5 star experience - and although ONLY 2 room of 89 were occupied you would never have known as we were treated with all the amenities one would expect ! My sincere THANK YOU to such a wonderfully trained staff !

Sehr freundliches u hilfsbereites Personal! Zimmer leider nur Teppichböden, die in die Jahre gekommen sind. Ansonsten sehr schönes Hotel, Fitness u Spa super, Massagen sehr zu empfehlen!
