"nefungující klimatizace"

- nefungující klimatizace (vzduchotechnika) pokazí v době tropických teplot všechno ostatní - žádná nabídka kompenzace, nutnost stěhování do jiného pokoje, který byl sice chladnější, nicméně klimatizaci se za 8 hodin nepodařilo snížit teplotu ani o půl stupně

"Sehr schönes Hotel"

Probleme mit dem Whirlpool wurden sofort gehändelt konnten aber nicht abgestellt werden. Zur Belohnung gab es ein Upgrate auf die nächste Stufe - Apartment. Hervorragend

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal war sehr fruendlich und sehr aufmerksam! Der Spa Bereich sehr gut und die Massagen einfach super! Alles in Allem ein schoner Aufenthalt. vielen Dank!

Sehr schönes Hotel.Superior -Zimmer mit Bad großzügig. Gepflegtes Frühstück mit sehr aufmerksamem Personal. Relativ kleiner Pool. Bei einem Hotel der Kategorie sollte die Sauna inklusive sein!!

wo ist denn das spa und das golf? dieses mini schwimmbad und eine dunkle extra berechnete zeitbeschränkte saunahöhle sind eine zumutung. die werbung ist eine glatte lüge...frühstück ist beliebig ...auswahl an wurst und käse ist bescheiden ..alle cerealien sind mit viel zucker hergestellte industrieware...brotauswahl ist hell oder mit malzextrakt dunkel gefärbtes weizenmischbrot und industriebrötchen...brühwürfelbrühe lieblos zubereitet.....kein fisch ausser sauer eingelegtem heringsfilet....alles in allem irreführung im prospekt und nie und nimmer " a leading hotel of the world" sondern mit minimalem aufwand das meiste aus den kunden rausquetschen....es wurde bei anreise vorkasse von 100 % auf unseren 4 tätigen aufenthalt erhoben. nie wieder und in keinem fall weiterzuempfehlen

The hotel is beautiful, located near a forest with hiking trails. The service was great, from the reception to the breakfast and spa service. The breakfast has verity and excellent show. We learned that spa means it's less curative and luxurious than we thought. The distance to the city is short and the city is also beautiful in winter
