Esplanade Spa and Golf Resort

Das ist ein sehr schönes Hotel,der sich die 5 Sterne verdient hat.Sehr schöne Einrichtung,großzügige Zimmer mit großen Bad mit Badewanne (mit Massage) und Dusche .Wir bewohnten ein Superior Zimmer in dritten OG nach vorne gelegen mit einem Balkon und schönem Ausblick über den ganzen Ort. Es stimmte alles von Sauberkeit bis zum Service.

Es war sauber und gepflegt, Fünf Sterne sind allerdings etwas übertrieben.

This was really a 5 star experience without a 5 star price. Everything here exceeded our expectations. Staff in all areas were super attentive. Front Desk staff was always available and super efficient and friendly. This atmosphere was definitely carried throughout the whole property. Staff everywhere was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, as were restaurant meals. The selection of food was wide at each venue. The eating facilities had large capacity, but, were broken into smaller areas. This gave each section it's own intimate feel. The Spa facilities and staff were professional and friendly. The Spa choices and variety were extensive. The Thai Massages were great. I had two and my daughter had one. She also had a facial and other appointments. I had a bad sore throat when we arrived. They even had a Nurse that helped me and was able to supply tablets that have resolved the issue. Our room was large and very comfortable. Everything was old world decor, but, was very fresh. My daughter and I stayed for three nights after a conference. We cannot wait to return with my wife. We had no need to leave the facility during our stay. We were also fortunate to arrive at peak fall colors. This made all of our views breathtaking. Although English was hard for some, this did not slow the staff down in helping us. If they had any doubts, they got on the phone with the front desk for translation assistance. This Czech experience was great.

Hezký, čistý a pohodlný hotel. Prostorný pokoj s pěknou koupelnou. Personál ochotný, příjemný. Wi-Fi na pokoji je pomalé a slabé. Díky za hezký víkend.

excellente réception , chambre magnifique mais une climatisation inexistante puisqu'incapable de faire tomber la température des chambres au-dessous de 28°. Après un appel téléphonique à la réception, on nous prêté un ventilateur bruyant. Explication, le lendemain de la réceptionniste: l'hôtel est trop ancien pour pouvoir installer une climatisation dans les chambres qui fonctionne normalement. Dommage car, à part le petit-déjeuner, l'hôtel est de toute beauté.

Big groups’ luggage carried by bell boys with client’s elevator instead of service elevator. Eventually the tired engine overheats and fourth floor looks a bit too far.

This is one fabulous resort hotel. The service is excellent, the building is beautiful, and the setting is great. I was looking for a place to relax for a weekend and this was perfect. The hotel staff gladly arranged golf for me (with a slight discount). Breakfast is outstanding, especially when you consider the great view from the dining room. Rooms are very large by European standards and (I believe) each room has its own jacuzzi. I was alone. I would suggest that the resort would be even better for couples.
