It feels like you are on a castle. Location is excellent and unique. Strongly recommend. Just be careful of your personal belongings during Spa Treatments.

Nice and helpfully personal, good breakfast, clean and nice rooms. We were thinking in a nice warm pool to enjoy, but it was kind of cold, even they say it has 30C. In general it was a nice long weekend , in a nice hotel. Thank you

"Former grande dame still delivers"

The Best hotel in Mariánské lázně, located ten minutes walk from main park in a beautiful area. Great for golfers and spa visitors. In need of renovation but for the price still great choice. Nice terrace and bar, breakfast with huge selection of food to everyones taste. Free parking and really very good service. Will be back for sure :)

"Prepaid room downgrade"

I prepaid a suite 50sqm. Firstly they offered me to stay in a 25 sqm room no shower or balcony. I was unhappy :( Apologies... mistake ...then offered a better room but still not what I prepaid! Because there was an event...the hotel decided to downgrade my prepaid room!!!! Terrible sorry.... but beside their regrets nothing.

I just would like to mention that when we arrive and during the check in ( or any other matter at the reception) there’s this lady playing beautifully the piano, but, it’s extremely loud and we can barely understand one each other.

"Empfehlenswert"

Mein Aufenthalt war Prima Marienbad ist sehr empfehlenswert.Das Hotel ist Super, schade das vom Personal nur wenige Deutsch sprechen.Die Spabehandlungen waren nicht so berauschend da zum Beispiel beim Moorbad an der Badewanne keine Haltegriffe vorhanden sind (gerade für ältere Menschen ) und das Personal kaum beim aussteigen behilflich ist

Repräsentatives Hotel mit K+K-Flair. Geräumiges, stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer (4.Stock) mit großem Balkon und Blick auf Marienbad. Elegantes Hallenbad. Sehr schöner Frühstücksraum, Möglichkeitauch auf der Terrasse zu speisen. Frühstücksbuffet exzellent, große Auswahl und Egg-Station. Kostenfreie Parkplätze vor dem Hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Im Frühstücksraum kann der gast nur den mit der zimmernummer angegebenen tisch frühstücken. Das gibt es in keinem 5 sterne hotel. Meine suite #310 hatte keine aircon. Es wurde ein mobiles geraet nach meiner intervention ins zimmer gebracht. Die wellness behandlungen im wellnessbereich wie in komministischen zeiten. Es ist viel daily frequenz mit chinesischen bustouristen... nicht sehr angenehm... da gibt es wirklich besseres!
