"Not a great stay this time!"

My fiancée and I first stayed at this hotel in February 2025, and at that time it really was a great experience. There was a wide choice of good-quality food, the staff all seemed genuinely happy, and there was a noticeable level of respect between guests which made the atmosphere very pleasant. The all-inclusive offering stood out in particular — drinks were free-poured by bar staff, which felt generous, and you weren’t restricted in how many you could order at once. The rooms were decent overall, although even then they could have done with a bit of repainting and general sprucing up. The indoor pool area was also well managed, with guests respecting the rules. ⸻ We returned less than a year later, in November 2025, for a 4-night break to celebrate my 50th birthday, and unfortunately things had already started to change. The food selection had noticeably reduced, with far less choice than before. There also seemed to be a decline in guest behaviour — more noise and less consideration for others — and this wasn’t addressed by staff, which impacted the overall experience. ⸻ This brings me to our third visit, and what will most likely be our last. The difference this time was quite stark. The staff no longer appeared happy, which really affects the feel of a hotel. The food quality and variety have dropped significantly, which is disappointing for an all-inclusive resort of this size and reputation. One of the biggest changes is the new drinks system. You now have to pay a €2 deposit per outdoor drink beaker. While this might make sense from a management or cost-control perspective, from a guest’s point of view it feels like a downgrade. Previously, you could easily enjoy multiple drinks — for example, an alcoholic drink and a soft drink to stay hydrated — but now you need multiple beakers, meaning multiple deposits. It becomes even more frustrating when beakers go missing, as they now effectively carry a cash value, making them prone to being taken. ⸻ Unfortunately, the room quality has also declined. Our bathroom had mould, and there were poorly fixed floor tiles near the toilet that cracked every time they were stepped on — something that should have been addressed well before guest use. ⸻ Considering the hotel’s size, location, price point, and the wider business portfolio of the owners, it feels like reinvestment is needed. This hotel clearly has the potential to be excellent again, but at the moment it seems to be moving in the wrong direction. Overall: A hotel that was once a great all-inclusive experience, but has noticeably declined in a short space of time. With some investment and a renewed focus on guest experience, it could easily return to its former standard — but sadly, we won’t be rushing back to find out.

"Family holiday"

"Lovely Hotel"

Lovely, clean hotel right next to the front. All staff were friendly and helpful (Saru our housekeeper was particularly lovely). Food was delicious and entertainment was brilliant. Highly recommend.

"Great Stay!"

The hotel offered lots of things for kids. Very family friendly! Felt welcomed as soon as we arrived. Hotel arranged pickup at the airport and even had a small Buffett ready for us even though we arrived at midnight. Our house keeper Fedwa was great! We saw her every morning and she made a point to say good morning, even made suggestions on what to see in Malta. She was the best !

"Wonderful hotel with excellent restaurant staff service"

Location was fantastic with excellent public transport links Very clean Great amenities Service was fantastic esp. from Michael the bar man, Mandeep, Ishank, China, Indra and Danjela in the various restaurants. The chefs in the coral restaurant made effort today served us vegetarian food. It's a shame that it was a little difficult to get a booking the various restaurants as there was limited capacity. We are in the oriental, Italian and Jungle and all three has excellent service and plenty of veggie options and the chefs made us extra

V podatate nic pre dane rocne obdobie

Hotel dost vybyvany. Velke bludisko. Poloha nie velmi vyhodna pre dane rocne obdobie. Personal check-ine nie velmi prijemny. Mali sme rezervovane 3 izby, boli sme skupina 4 dospelych a 5 deti ( jedna rodina), napriek poziadavke na izby vedla seba, sme dostali jednu izbu na 4. poschodi, dve dalsie na 5. poschodi. V jednej z izieb, ktoru sme dostali, boli ini hostia. Ked nam dali inu izbu, ktora bola na opacnom konci poschodia a mala byt pre 3 osoby, boli tam len dve postele. Na nase namietky na recepcii reagovali dost neprijemne. Aj ked sme citali, ze hotel je children very friendly, nemali sme taky pocit.
