db Seabank Resort + Spa All Inclusive

Wow what a hotel Amazing value for all inclusive for 4 nights, food was good but I did enjoy snack bar more than restaurant. Would have loved fresh meats cooked on grill in restaurant. Staff are superb, I have never ever met staff before who are so friendly and go out of their way to greet you. Joseph on reception was just amazing when we arrived, he went out of his way to do so much for us, first impressions last and Joseph definitely ensures this is true as he excelled in his duties. Entertainment was really good, I was suprised and loved it, seem like a really good team. Everything you want or need is all under one roof with a shop underneath the hotel, spa, loads of bars to choose from, bowling also available in the sports bar, buses outside the door should you wish to go touring. Destination on the beach so what more would you need. The main bar was great but it was the staff who made our holiday complete, they were such good fun, kind, hardworking, pleasant and genuinely cared so much for each person. The 2 barmen that we absolutely adored and would come back to see was Michael and Aziz I didn’t catch the name of the great barman who also was excellent and always waved at me and my family, he had long hair and had only been working at the hotel around 7 months but he was brilliant as was all staff but sadly didn’t get to get all their names. Thank you so much for a great 50th birthday and each and every staff member made our celebration so special and the perfect choice, looking forward to returning

Cannot fault the staff. Purpose and Karen at reception, Bethi Room Attendant, Dalber and Danielle in Restaurant and Michael at the Bar were exceptional. Nothing too much trouble. Thanks to Marion Guest Relations Manager for her information and advice. Will be back next year.

I thought travelling to Malta in March was not a good idea, but it ended up really good. We always stay at the DB Seabank. The staff are cery accomodating and always smile at you. Met Jonathan and Chona at the Coral restaurant. They very attentive, helpful and very dedicated to what they are doing. Also went to the Jungle yesterday for our dinner and one of the waiter, Leon was serving us and he is very accomodating and always ask us how is everything. Overall experienced in this resort is really good.

We were back to this lovely hotel for 12. Nites and it's like going home. Excellent staff, excellent food. Marion in guest relations is just amazing 👏 no problem to small for her. Emeline in housekeeping, what a super girl, she remembered us from novenber and knew that I got extra towels, and everyday she left them.michaael in the bar was great always knew what we were drinking. Hotel always spotless. We will be back in november .

Cleaners and waiters - Dilip, Sirjana and Danijela, are organised and helpful. They work diligently.

We are just leaving from 8 days all inclusive here. We're a family from the uk and have been on quite a few nice all inclusives. The hotel is nice and clean, the hotel staff are really nice and helpful. There are plenty of sun loungers, even in the summer i don't see it being an issue. The pool is freezing though, the indoor pool is warm but small and gets very busy. Kids club is basic and only open for a 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. There are kids activities throughout the day which they enjoyed. Kids club staff are great. Evening entertainment is OK, same thing pretty much every night though. There is a good musician that comes on a Tuesday who is great. The food is good. Good selection of buffet food which is nice and has good flavour especially the meats. You can have a proper English d Fry up every morning as well. The other restaurants are mainly buffets as well but themed such as the Asian restaurant which is really nice. Lots of English at the hotel and everyone speaks English. There is an annoying cup token scheme which is a pain to make sure you take back your cups and that your kids don't lose them. Apparently it is to save the environment but it's just to stop staff having to collect cups. Deposits on towels as well which is a pain to keep them on you. The layout of the hotel is weird and a bit confusing. There are some outside activities and a kids pool which is freezing as well. There is no kids play park which is a pain and would be nice to have a tennis court. It is right by a pretty busy road which might be annoying for some people. Aim for a pool view if you want it quieter. Overall a nice hotel which we enjoyed but a few small issues which would be improved to make it great. If you want luxury all inclusive where you are being served drinks at your table/ deck chair and taken care of in restaurants, then this is not the place for you. If you are used to budget all inclusives then this will be a nice step up.

Hotel located in lovely surroundings, main road does run in front of hotel. Local bus does stop directly outside, bus stop can become very busy at peak times. So if you want to go out and about to explore be on the bus stop early. We purchased the 7 day bus ticket and it was great value for money. We didnt realise till the last day that it can be purchased from the hotel shop we had walked in to the centre to purchase. Staff- on a personal obersavtion some staff were friendly helpful mandeep Anwar, China and a lovely lady who worked in the jungle restaurant. Others didnt seem as though they wanted to be there. Which I know another person as commented on. Restaurants - the Chinese, jungle and Indian were lovely. Coral restaurant was very busy, march is a quite time and I am assuming hotel is not to full capacity so would hate to think what its like then. Food was good and a fare selection. Only thing when staff fillingfood station up they top fresh food on top of old. Hotel was kept clean. It was a good base to explore the island and did have a good time.

First class hotel very pleasant helpful staff, from the reception right through the hotel without exception . The hotel was very clean and the room was cleaned every day. The food was very good and had a large varied selection. Drinks were great. We had a very restful time. We played mini golf , Bowling , pool, and air hockey,. Indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi quiet and restful. The sport bar and area is great with very friendly helpful staff. The spa area is very good and massage excellent and staff very professional. We traveled into the city and visited some areas of the island . The busses cost €2 euro and ticket lasts 2 hours. We booked the hop on off bus in the lobby of the hotel, this was a mistake and a waste of money not a good experience. But the Db Seabank hotel is a marvelous place and I could not fault it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely be back. Well done to all who run and work there.

Spent a few days here whilst exploring the island, clean and tidy only used hotel as a base as spent all day out and about visiting and sightseeing. All the e staff have been warm and welcoming and Mandeep was very attentive on the restaurant evenings.
