db Seabank Resort + Spa All Inclusive

It was amazing experience with DB Seabank Resort. Food and other facilities are very good. Definitely I will visit again. The house keeper was very good clean every day without asking.

Good hotel. Food is good but can sometimes feel like eating the samw thing everyday, except for sunday which really had a massive selection. There are few other restaurants for other cuisines but looking to book a table especially for a big group can be difficult. Otherwise we had a good stay. The carpet needs changing though. It looks old and due for a replacement. Amisha was a good cleaner. Jonathan, chona both were accommodating.

We visit the hotel regularly as it is convenient with a 4 year old. In general, the rooms are comfortable and the area is nice to be at, especially that a sandy beach is also across the road. Lunch and dinner could be of better quality - only the Sunday lunch is extremely wonderful. The service given is good. A shout out to Mr Irsan who was working at the Coral Restaurant during our stay. He saw our daughter looking and waiting for a blue velvet cake as she loved it and was finished. After some minutes, he came looking for her with a plate of blue velvet cake pieces! She was over the moon. A small gesture, during his busy night, that made our dinner more pleasant! Irsan, you are a true gem!

There are all kinds of experiences and even if we had a misunderstanding with the reception once, we found the stay at the hotel quite good overall. I loved the food, I thought they had lots of options and the system to have different restaurants is also good. I loved the opening times as is adequate for kids. I don't have a huge experience with resorts all inclusive but when you cook for a lot of people it may loose quality, and I didn't found that in here. It was actually very tasty and I was very impressed. I liked the facilities and how different options you have like swimming pool, bowling, sport courts.. You can see clearly some corners that need a little of care and maintenance but It didn't bothered me as it wasn't on my way during my stay. The staff was always so nice and very friendly and helpful. I recognised Marion Spiteri, the Guest Relations Manager, from the replies in here. She was very professional to meet us in person after our message. It is great to see someone looking into feedback and have a presence. I can see from some feedbacks in here that some things already changed. I also want to praise Nabin from getting our room as fresh as it could be everyday and pass by us with a smile all the time. Also to respond to our wish to clean the room every day before kids nap, And that was an example of how communication worked and was effective. Also a great hug and thanks to China, Dalbur and Leon for their availability and smile all the time. I saw staff being gentle and interacting very kindly with my kids, I am very happy and I appreciate their respect for them. For sure people also matters and contribute for a good experience.

The location was fine, and the rooms comfortable

The restaurants was all buffet-style, we would have liked some à la carte alternatives. The plates and glasses were often not properly cleaned. We also had some trouble to get the free parking that was included in the price. Indoor common areas felt a bit cramped on rainy days.

Direkt am Strand gelegen, saubere Zimmer, gute Auswahl am Buffet, es wird viele Freizeitaktivitäten angeboten, Personal sehr freundlich und im großen und ganzen sehr bemüht

Leider wurden unsere Mängel im Zimmer trotz mehrfacher Hinweise nicht bearbeitet

This is our second time in DB Seabank in MELLIEHA bay, the reason why we came back is the staff, specially Jonathan at the Coral restaurant, he always feel as welcome! Hard working and makes us feel welcome and it’s feels that he knows us , not just me and my husband, he dos it to all the Guests, i recommended this hotel to our family and friends and their experiences are also very special! This second stay was a very special one again! I would like to mention as well the lady at the reception called Marian or Marion, she helps us all the through! I would recommend to upgrade to an exclusive plus A! Recommend By Jonathan!
