De ligging is fantastisch. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk. Goed hotel, maar lees goed de bevestigingsmail. Waterkoker, extra kussens of extra poetsbeurt moeten aan de receptie gevraagd worden. Wij komen graag terug.

De vloer in de kamers mocht wat properder zijn.

- Property is close to Hbf, from where you can reach any attraction in Köln and not only. - The staff was really nice, everything we requested was accommodated.

- In the evening it gets a little bit noisy in the area, sound proofing is not 100% perfect. - Pillows are not the best but you can survive for a few days. Maybe if you are asking at front desk they can change them for you but we didn’t try this option.

Good location, friendly staff

Small rooms, fridge didn't work, no AC (the mini split only worked in fan mode). Door lock was broken.
