"No pudimos acceder a la habitación Check in después de las 11 de la noche muy complicado"

Llegamos después de las 11 al hotel y no pudimos hacer el check in ni en el terminal ni online. Nos daban error todas las opciones y no había personal en la recepción ni ningún teléfono de ayuda. Al final no nos quedó más remedio que intentar reservar una habitación nueva lo cual tampoco nos dejó el sistema. Nos tuvimos que ir a las 12:30 de la madrugada a buscar otro hotel. He de decir que por la mañana el persona ha sido amable y me han confirmado que me reembolsarían.

Very comfortable room and location, staff was very friendly. AC in the room is so good, everything was really clean and the hotel was very quiet

It was closer to the chatedral and centre

There was no AC , they didn't inform me before the arrival regarding AC , only when I was there. Inside the room was too hot and I couldn't sleep all night because of that and when I opened the window there was too much noise.
