"Tolle Lage in Zentrumsnähe, sehr gerne wieder"

Die Rezeption ist mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern besetzt. Gute Ratschläge und Hinweise lassen nicht auf sich warten. In direkter Nähe zum Hotel gibt es, nach unkomplizierter Anfahrt, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Nach dem Einchecken gibt einen digitalen Schlüssel für den Hoteleingang und das Zimmer.

Ein Schuhanzieher fehlt, sonst gibt es für mich keine Mängel.

Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Parkhaus im Hotel

Das Einzelzimmer war relativ klein. Es war zwar passend aber gefühlt etwas zu klein

Gute Lage, sehr Zentral um etwas in Köln zu Unternehmen.

Der Technische-Zustand meines Hotelzimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig... Beim benutzen der Klo-Bürste ist diese einfach auseinander gefallen und als ich morgens die Toilettenspülung benutzt habe, hat das Absperr-Ventil nicht mehr funktioniert und die Spülung lief ununterbrochen.. Von einem 4 Sterne Hotel hab ich etwas anderes erwartet.

Tatsächlich ist mir nichts aufgefallen, was sonderlich gut war, trotz so vieler guter Rezensionen.

Gäste sind hörbar viel zu laut, die Betten und das Bettzeug sind eine Zumutung. 2h geschlafen, danach war die Nacht wieder rum. Kann ich nicht empfehlen.
