Absolutely beautiful hotel. Comfortable, luxurious and clean. We had a top floor corner room and it was exceptional. Excellent pool and gym facilities.

It’s a long walk from any of the underground stations. We’d booked for 3 people (booking.com said our 15yo could stay free) but when we arrived we found we had to pay another £50 per night for him to actually have a bed. Fortunately we were in a position to pay this, but we might have come unstuck.

Had truly memorable stay at the Ritz Carlton Beijing Financial street This property is beautiful, and it clearly befits the Brand Its location is also excellent it is joined to a huge mall and less than a 10 minute walk to the metro that can conveniently take you anywhere in the city. The staff here are truly exceptional. Every staff member that I have met and has been very friendly and helpful. I Especially want to mention the staff from the from the executive lounge. ladies willing to go beyond their duty To help and show genuine interest in how your day has been I nearly forgot to mention that the food provided in the lounge during the day is amazing breakfast, lunch and the happy hour Also want to sincerely thank the front desk staff for upgrading to amazing executive suite it truly a luxurious room I can highly recommend The Ritz Carlton Beijing Financial Street due to its wonderful staff and the other mentioned reasons
