Booked a king room they gave us a double. Looked like someone smeared poop all over the bottom bed skirt of one of the beds. Weird smell in hallway. Was given opportunity to cancel free of charge and took it.
Only one coffee mug, fannabove bed ran all night even though we turned HCAC off, bedside Clark had alarm go off at 5:00 AM.
Great part of town to stay, perfect hotel experience.

Clean and friendly
The building is old- actually historical- so the lobby and overall ambiance is dated. However the room was spacious and comfortable.
The property was fine, some updated is in Order. Parking was very limited and very tight My biggest issue is with Expedia, i can't get you to send me a receipt of my stay there. please reply with that information before the end of the week
Wonderful Experience!!!
I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. One of the staff members was rude—I was yelled at when I arrived around midnight, simply because I asked for assistance while they were busy chatting instead of opening the door. I also encountered an issue with a charge I did not authorize. When I brought it up, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite not having my credit card on file, I was threatened with being removed unless I provided it again. Given the unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service, I decided to leave and found much better accommodations nearby. I would not recommend this hotel, especially when there are plenty of other options in the area that treat guests with basic respect and professionalism.
The room was a bit on the small side and the bed was poorly made so we told the reception desk. They were very apologetic.
