Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa

The atmosphere and staff was amazing. The bar tenders were really good at mixing up drinks too. The rooms were clean just a GREAT stay overall. My husband was there for a work conference so I had plenty to do and see while he was in meetings. Can't wait to go back. It was our first time there but definitely not our last.

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed the property as a young family. The grounds are beautiful, there’s a lot to do onsite, and it’s an easy, relaxing place to spend a few days with kids. That said, there were two clear gaps. First, the dining options felt limited for a resort of this size — more variety and cuisines would be a welcome improvement, especially for longer stays. More significantly, the concierge experience was very disappointing. We had booked outdoor activities in advance and had questions due to bad weather. The concierge had no information and stated it “wasn’t her job,” which was surprising and unhelpful. The following day, we were incorrectly instructed multiple times to wait outside for an activity, only to learn after 35+ minutes that it was being held elsewhere on the property. This lack of knowledge, ownership, and coordination was frustrating — particularly with young children.

The service, the staff and the overall ambiance with all those outdoor fire pits and decks over looking the grounds made is so tranquil - it was amazing, thank you.

The staff was exceptional. Sylvia was both at check-in and check-out, and she was incredibly pleasant. She was informative and eager to showcase the property. Ashlynn at breakfast was also delightful. My team and I joined her twice, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. She kept guests coming, and my ticket accumulated significantly. Shania in the café was equally pleasant.

The staff here is amazing, very hands on, not overbearing but also incredibly helpful and attentive. I was regularly asked if I needed help and I actually did. They were such a pleasure and so incredibly helpful.

Attended a companywide conference and it was wonderful at Lost Pines. The emphasis on my wellbeing was welcome. The hotel is in great condition, and the staff was so open and welcoming. The food was consistently tasty and well prepared.

We got lucky with fabulous weather over the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. We spent many hours in the heated pool and hot tub, plus did quite a few laps of the lazy river. The nightly s’mores are always a big hit with my kid too!

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is one of the best Hyatt Resorts in their portfolio. The property is just beautiful with rolling hills and lakes allowing hiking, animal watching including Ribeye and T Bone, their resident Longhorns to interact with you daily from 10-11AM. The golf facilities and course are excellent. The course layout is beautiful especially hole 16, Top of the World, beautiful Par 3 overlooking the resort. The hotel has been recently renovated and they have done a fantastic job. We have been coming to the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines for 20 years and it is one of our favorite Hyatt properties. It is only 30 minutes from the Austin Airport but when you drive down their private driveway, you immediately begin to relax and it prepares you for an outstanding experience. The entire Hyatt Lost Pines staff make your stay unforgettable. They handle every need you may have and go out of their way to make your stay for business or pleasure, one you will cherish. When you leave, you are already thinking when you can book your return to the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines!!!

This was our third stay at Hyatt Lost Pines and the second year we’ve picked it for our New Year’s Eve celebration—and honestly, it’s becoming a tradition we love! From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic. Sylvia and Kayla at the front desk greeted us with such warmth, Emma at the omelet station and Luby at the HH breakfast buffet made mornings a treat, and Nate (who helped with our bags) and Dane at valet were so helpful. The spa team was amazing too—everyone made us feel completely at home. One of the biggest perks for us is being able to bring our dog along. It makes the trip feel extra special! The pool and lazy river were a little crowded, but that’s expected during the holidays. We really appreciated being able to use the spa pool and hot tub when the main pool was under maintenance, and the Globalist perk of accessing spa facilities was a lifesaver. The property itself is just beautiful. We loved the nightly s’mores, walking the grounds, and biking everywhere (so happy there were more bikes available this time!). And the New Year’s Eve fireworks show? Absolutely incredible—a perfect way to ring in the new year! We even decided to extend our stay by another day at the last minute because we just weren’t ready to leave. My only regret? Not grabbing one of those Lost Pines reed diffusers and room sprays to bring a little piece of this place home. Hyatt Lost Pines has truly become our favorite spot for family celebrations. Already counting down to next year!
