Didn’t like that they knew we have 4 people in the room and not accommodate me and family. We had to constantly ask for additional everything (tissue, soap, additional pillows, blankets. They did not fix up the let out sofa. During our family time in the pool. The chlorine in the pool were so high that it had my son eyes burning so bad we had to leave to get some things to flush his eyes out with. The staff lied like he wasn’t there as they checked the cameras. They did not care and oh they make you pay for parking on their private property for 2 days costed me a $100 and they have not send our payment back for the deposit.

It was clean and staff was nice

Our Tvs didn't work and we had four kids. Had very nice service man try to fix it but failed. Hakf our time we didn't have tvs. Very needed with 4 kids. Finally asked for a different room and smooth from there.

Easy location from the highway and to get to the arch on the morning

Dirty, not cleaned and dated. If I wasn't exhausted and just needed to sleep I would have requested a better room Parking with exceedingly expensive for the site and as it was gated, a clear money grab by the site owner
