Residence Inn by Marriott St. Louis Downtown

The staff was very good, especially Alicia at the front desk. She is a treasure. The location was very good. The breakfast was very good also.

The hotel in general is in need of some general maintenance, painting, lighting, and most importantly repairs to the elevator. One operating elevator for such a large building is not enough

Room was not clean, body wash was completely empty, there were holes in the wall in the bathroom, hallway smelled foul, one elevator was broken, staff didn’t meet you at the front desk and you had to wait for a while for them to come to the desk, ridiculous that you had to pay for parking, parking gates never closed.

Convenient location, decent breakfast, room with kitchen.

Floors were sticky in room’s kitchen upon arrival. Was not aware that parking was $24/day in the hotel parking lot. Wish that would have been built into the hotel fee and not a surprise fee.

There was many good options for breakfast each day. The location was also great for the different places we wanted to visit.

Our first room had soaked carpet. They moved us to the a second room that had 3 mold spots on the ceiling and lots of flooring pieces were loose. The locks on the doors were very difficult with getting the keys to register and open the doors. The ice maker never worked in the refrigerator and the ice maker down stairs never would put out ice. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows provided offered no ssupport. Overall, we would not stay here again and I would not recommend it.

Floors were soaked apparently issue with air conditioner we left early and we still charged for parking

I liked that they had available a 2 room suite with a full kitchen, that's what got me interested in this particular hotel. The breakfast was also pretty good.

Parking. I was unaware that we had to pay $26/DAY. Two night stay was $80 worth of parking. Also, the place is in need of some help. Water damage everywhere, with certain smells in rooms, down halls, etc. One of our bedrooms had soaked carpet.

The breakfast was awesome! Such variety and the food was delicious!
