The staff were friendly.

I didn't like the location. Or that the pool was closed that's the reason we booked with them to begin with for the kids out of town. Also they never had extra towels or extra toilet paper for a family of 6. They also canceled breakfast on Sunday I understand cause of the weather. They still could have put out some yoghurt or cereal for the people relying on it. Overhaul just wasn't a great experience for the price. It was 375 for a family of 6 then had to pay for parking too! Just seemed like a rip off. The rooms needed work the ceiling was chipping and the floors were coming up as well.

The only professional female working the desk is the African American.The other 3 are unprofessional. I was paying 600 a night for a suite with 3 tv’s and not one of them worked

"Was thankful it was only for one night."

Wasn’t a lot of options.

There was only 1 working elevator. The stairs were dirty and smelled horrible. Coffee cups and trash in the stairwell. There was several leaks through the property. The ceiling in our room was peeling and falling. The kitchen had gnats flying around. One bathroom tub was stained and cracked. Evening staff was very friendly or helpful.

"My stay was ok, but I wouldn't stay at this location again"

The room and building needed a lot of repairs. The repairs that had been made was poor handyman work at best. Not what I expected from a residents inn.
