The air conditioning wouldn’t go any lower than 66 degrees and I would have liked black out curtains.

Pool was closed but everything else was excellent. Outlet mall close by and a mom and pop restaurant at the gas station in front of mall was worth it… country cooking and a showcase of pastries

The air conditioner and/or thermostat did not work in our room. Kept coming up ERR so no one slept much. The breakfast opened a bit late which put us behind since we needed to be somewhere at 7pm. We booked the hotel so our littles could swim and the pool was completely down for our stay.

Got one of the cheapest options for the US Open. The “cheapest” being the key word. Check in was easy. Our first room had a cleanliness issue .. the gentleman at the front desk apologized for the issue and gave us a second room. The second one was fairly clean but there

Safe quiet dog driendly

We have been going to this hotel for about 7 years and it gets a little more disappointing each time. This trip was for graduation weekend and I had to go to my daughter's hotel in Watertown to shower. I know you get what you pay for but in this case all I was counting on was a HOT or even WARM shower before. I've often been hesitant to review this hotel because it's the 3rd best hotel in the area but SERIOUSLY in need of.... something because really there are a list of things that are mediocre. If you have pets it's great.

When we arrived, no one was there to check us in and we had to wait a long time for someone. We paid for a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed, since there were five of us. Unfortunately, there were no sheets/blankets for the sofa bed and only two bath towels. The breakfast options weren't good and the breakfast area was filthy and the floor was sticky. They need to address cleanliness issues.

Memorial Day Weekend :Only reason my family stayed was for the kids pool area. Friday night they closed the pool early, told us it would be open at 8:00 am Saturday. Kids disappointed but excepted they couldn’t swim Friday night and were still excited to swim in the morning, but Saturday morning we got ready for swimming and found out it was still closed! Front desk did absolutely nothing to attempt to lighten the situation (not even a sorry for the inconvenience) Small details easily missed by housekeeping but Housekeeping didn’t replace amenities after last guest, lotion was definitely used prior to our check in and room just not up to normal standard as it was for our previous stays. ( We have stayed here a few times over the past four years. We always had a great time, love the kid’s pool area but will definitely not be returning after this )
