There really wasn't anything to like about our stay here other than a bed to sleep in.

None of the amenities were working or cleaned or open. Everything that pushed us to choose this property online was shutdown or out of service. Everything else there was dirty or nonexistent. The staff was short, rude and unhelpful and that was when we could find staff, otherwise it seemed as if the property were ran by customers.

The pool was closed! That's why I chose the place! You would think the maintenance would know if the chlorine levels are too high! More training or attention to detail.

Nothing. They wouldn't answer their phone. I called for five days.

Everything was great except the breakfast. Apparently their shipment of food was late, so not much was available when we ate.

Outside Property was unkept. Room needed some tlc. Pool was out of order.

Fire alarm went off at 1:30 am but there was little communication among staff about what was going on, so I left in the middle of the night.

Room keys did not work entire stay. Hard to get help at front desk as no one was there much of the time. Was told no more clean towels in the hotel when I asked for a couple as we had six people to our room and only 3 in the room. Hotel was in need of repairs. Pool was nice. Hot tub closed as it was not working. Breakfast was ok. Prices were reasonable but probably would choose somewhere else next time.

Room smelt like pets.Odor was very strong. Room needed updates and better cleaning. Air conditioning unit was broken and could not be controlled. Hotel is not easy to find.

Friendly staff and very clean.
