"Good"

The hotel could be very nice. There was not even close to enough employees to run the place. Laundry was not working, same with pool. We got locked in the pool room for at least 30 minutes. Hotel phone system and phone to the desk did not work. Internet didn’t work. There was practically no food for breakfast because “they were waiting on deliveries “. I could go on but am not going to. Don’t stay here not worth the trouble or the money.

"It cost me money to stay here."

The beds were clean.

The internet was down. The phones didn't work. There were no towels or wash clothes in our room The door were all locked other than the front entrance prioer to 9 pm. Their hot tub ruined mine and my boyfriend's swimsuits because of too high chloride content.

"Room needs to have the carpet cleaned. Couch was gross!"

Breakfast was gone by 8:00 on Sunday morning. Saturday was perfect. Saturday the guy was working hard to keep up. Sunday no one was there or cared.

Kids pool was out of service. Only had one breakfast attendant and he couldn’t keep up with demand. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work and had to be replaced.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, I was disappointed that the pool was closed—that was the main reason I chose this hotel. The room itself was outdated, especially the pullout couch, which looked very old and didn’t feel safe to sleep on. The entire building had a musty, old smell and definitely needs some major updates. Unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning.

"Exceptional"

There was an issue with our booking but the staff went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I was very impressed with the customer service we received. The building itself is a bit dated but the price is great for what you get and it’s in a nice area close to a lot of shops and restaurants in town.
