the second day had hot food.

The first day we stayed, there was no hot food. We waited almost 45 minutes for the hot food to arrive. There was also no milk for cereal. The pitcher was empty. The orange juice did not work the first day, and the second day the apple juice had a green tinge to it. The bathrooms had three small bath towels and no place to hang them up after use. The hot tub did not work the first day and the main pool was way too hot for little children. There were also no towels in the pool area. The pull-out couch was torn and tattered and looked like a cat or dog had clawed the sides. After requesting a no pet room, it as obvious that the room we were in had been a room where pets had been. By next morning I was had severe allergic reactions. The refrigerator did not keep items cold, probably due tot he fact that the freezer had at least 4 inches of ice build-up on it. We were told there was only one housekeeper. Used sheets and towels were in the hallway outside the rooms all day. We ended up getting clean sheets and towels but had to make the bed ourselves. In tow of the rooms the thermostat simply read ERR, and controlled nothing. The pop machines were out of product, and there was no ice machine on 2nd floor. The elevator was rather sketchy too. Quite often, once the door closed the button for 1st or 2nd floor did not work when pushed. The outdoor furniture around the fire pit was old, warped and splintered and there was an overabundance of weeds in the landscaped area. The retention wall blocks were crumbling and dislodged in man areas.

So horrible. Rooms smell, sheets are dirty and full of hair. WiFi doesn’t work. No soda machines work. Ice machines don’t work. Nothing available at the front desk and attendant is not able to answer any questions. Hot tub is same temp as pool water. Rooms are different than pictures shown online.

Great price. Clean. I was actually not expecting if to be this nice. Size was larger than I thought for a room. I was going to share a bed with one of my daughters. Huge pull out couch. 👍

Nothing unique rooms were good - the little bar of soap sucked. Breakfast was skimpy and the only thing good was coffee and the sausage. Eggs were terrible - cold when they were first brought out!
