The staff was very polite and friendly.

The room smelled musty with a faint pet urine smell. We had a dog so we had a pet friendly room. It seemed like a dog had peed on the floor in the past and they didn’t let it dry all the way after cleaning it up. The shower drain was plugged.

Specious room but worn carpet, fridge not working well nor air conditioner, ended up having to change rooms. Very helpful and accommodating and cheerful staff.

Quite a few things were not working or not open like the pool, air conditioning and washing machine. Lights would go dimmer and brighter off and on in the room. Washing machine did not complete the rinse and spin cycle. Maintenance came and adjusted it but problem wasn’t solved..

Just don’t. We had to wait 20 minutes for this hotel in the middle of nowhere because there were no clean rooms. However, when we came out for breakfast the next day, there were only like five families. As soon as we entered, it already felt off, like a liminal space, or like a bad hotel. There was gunk everywhere. On the mattress, in the air conditioning, even on our chairs. The shower was clogged and filled with water, and the sheets we got had holes in them. The breakfast was terrible, they were out of orange juice AND cinnamon roll waffle batter, and they somehow managed to even ruin the make your own waffles, which I used to think was impossible. Also, if you get room 314, I feel bad for you. The only redeeming factor was the rubber duck in the lobby.

We chose this hotel based on the pool, but were told at check-in that the pool was closed. On the way to our room, the glass doors and windows and elevator were all quite dirty. Our room was tidy, but the bathroom floor was missing a lot of grout and the complementary shampoo and lotion had no seal on them and seemed half empty. breakfast was disappointing, there was no coffee or orange juice in the dining room. Overall, it was OK for the night, but we won’t be returning.

Would not recommend. Staff are untruthful. Spoke with manager about issues , she said she would take care of them. Nothing was changed. Breakfast was sparce and not enjoyable. Pool was closed, no phones or wi-fi working. A very unpleasant stay.

Upon arrival, I was checked in. I was then told the pool and phone lines were were not operational. The pool area was the only reason I booked this location. I asked the gal if I could have a refund and she said there were beaches nearby. That was not what we were looking for. She then said there was a Days Inn nearby. I asked a second time if I could have a refund even though I had booked through Expedia. She said yes but I would need to call Expedia. She said that she had unchecked me in and that should be sufficient. I called Expedia sitting in the lot and explained what happened. They said they would call and verify, but they could not because the phone lines were down. I offered to walk back inside to get a number but was told they had to use the number in their system. They said they would email. The following Monday (it was a Thursday check in) I was told the manager would not authorize the refund and that because I had booked a non-refundable room I was out of luck, but Expedia would give me $25. No thanks. The gal at the front desk was nice but I’m out $330. They did not fulfill their end of the contract so why is it I am out there money? 💯 would not recommend as they don’t care about their guests apparently.

Pool and hot tub were closed by health department, which is very concerning. Also, breakfast options were extremely poor for the advertisements.

The location was accessible from the highway.

This place is absolutely filthy. The beds are not clean. The sheets are not clean (look, feel, or smell). The cover on the pillow was stained and disgusting… it is absolutely horrible. The pool is closed down because it was condemned(??) and no one is able to tell us why that wasn’t communicated. 100% disappointment.

The property was by a peaceful field, but the place itself was dirty. The elevators were especially filthy. The pool & water features were not working, neither was the Wi-Fi.
