Internet was Bad

Too far off the beaten path

Property stated there was a pool and when we got there they stated pool was not available

Terrible check-in experience. We stopped in earlier in the day to pre-pay for the hotel stay for family members with no issues. When our family tried to check in that evening, the staff couldn’t find the reservations under my or their names (no problem earlier that day using just our name), our family had to call us (we were at a concert) and I found the confirmation number (which worked). Room was musty smelling.

All was pretty good other than the pool and hot tub were closed for my entire stay. That was the only reason I stay at hotels with a pool and hot tub. Otherwise I could stay somewhere cheaper.

Out of area so not in walking distance of restaurants, gas stations, grocery, etc. 2.00 for a 50 cent candy bar? Come on.

The pool was closed and was not told till after I paid. When you’re paying a lot for a stay and paying for the pool I think that customer should be informed or price dropped. Also all the breakfast everyday they were always out

Spacious room

The main reason for choosing this hotel, the pool, was broken. This was nowhere mentioned when booking a day before and it also turned out that it had been broken for a while.

Staff was fantastic and very accommodating. Our room was nice. Would definitely recommend

The room that was booked in advance was not the room that we were given, had booked 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. Stayed in room with 1 king bed and 1 pull out couch, for 5 people. Complimentary breakfast was 6:30-10 am, Sunday. Family went to eat breakfast about 9 am. There was hardly any food, plates, cups, or silverware. The food was not checked or filled by staff. There was a sign posted stating they were waiting on a delivery, but staff could have kept what was available filled.
