hotel very beautiful and comfortable . just my room bathroom door lock was damage .

I have been staying in this hotel before, but service has declined throughout the years. a) The WiFi in the room was not working properly, and when I called, they said it is under repair. b) Room was not cleaned in timely fashion, and there were no bath robes and only three bath towers. in fact, when I called Housekeeping for clean up, it took them over an hour and I have to call them back before I got the service. c) The in room safe is unattached and someone coming to the room can grab walkout with it. d) The hotel asked for return of the room card on check out, which I have left it in the room. Front Desk called up housekeeping and they cannot find it. I went back up upstairs and found it on the desk. The hotel would have charged me $50 if I do not have the room card, but in other hotels, no one asked for the return of the card. It was known that the card contains my personal and credit card information, and I do not give it back if I used my credit card for deposit. e) there is a luxury spa on the 12th floor, however, the spa is not longer affiliated with the hotel and will not offer any discount for hotel guest.

Quite a grand ambience from the lobby up. Room is spacious, with most things covered. Lift requires room card which provides security I believe. The only issue is that I couldn't find the hotel after alighting from the train station the first time, as it was quite difficult to find using other maps other than Baidu map, which I didn't have.

The only positive feedback is price is cheap and we were given a free room upgrade because the room that i booked was not cleaned yet. For the negative experience... when booking we opt for the NON smoking room but when we enter our room there was a strong smell of cig. Throughout the 7nights we have to endure that strong smoke smell. And this was the first hotel that actually rejected my mastercard... end up having to pay cash for deposit. Lots of stuff not mentioned before hand, On the site it seems like a decent hotel, but when you actually see it for yourself its otherwise. Bathroom is see through, its just glass separating it, well that was not mention on the site. and the entrance of the hotel is positioned badly, The front entrance seems like a rear entrance to me.

The room actually lived up to the online photos - a rare event! Spacious, comfotrable, albeit a bit aged but for me, that was part of its charm. If I wanted an ultramodern, hard-edged, cold, and sleek 'botique' hotel or a cokkie cutter chain, there are a myriad of other options. The bed was huge and comfortable, the bath was a deep soaker and the separate rain shower was an added plus, as was the thick terrycloth-lined bath robe and the thick, soft towels. Yes, the furniture had a few knicks and scratches and the cushions on the couch were a bit lumpy, so you could say its glory was somewhat faded. But for its price and location I doubt one could find a more charming and pleasant hotel. And I experienced none of teh negatives others are complaining about. I had a great city view, all teh staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and spoke reasonable English, room service was prompt and not outrageously proced for a hotel. All in all, a great value and I'll go back. And that is the highest praise, is it not?

Terrible staff and reception team wasn’t reliable cuz they claimed whatever they said for reservation , Doesn’t have property Air conditioning system

my room air conditioner didn't work , we called reception couple of time but they didn't change our room. please refund my second night cost

This hotel is very nice and located on a busy area. You can walk to shopping area and ... ! The view from the rooms is not special , but the room is very beautiful and big and comfortable.

No wifi for 2 days. CNN channel not working for the entire 3 days stay. Tap handle came off and no water for a while

This hotel is situated in the Tiane district which is the IT centre.The hotel is housed in the CM mall adjacent to the Computer Mall. The staff are friendly but only the reception staff have limited English hence get a Chinese translation app. The room are big comfort and kept clean. Wifi in the rooms (3666) is erratic. Best wifi reception is in the arrival foyer, first floor restaurant and ninth floor business centre. Breakfast lacks variety whilst the dinner buffet has a wider variety and a treat. The spa is a well equipped centre on the twelve floor utilized by both residents and visitors. Access to taxi is easy since the hotel is off the main street and the concierge staff especially Lious who has a good command of English are on hand to assist . This is total no smoke hotel.
